Pull ups are a basic human movement.
it is important to be able to move the body up onto or over something high.
Build up those pulling muscles in a fixed range of motion is great.
but what about putting those muscles into movement?
This can be challenging for many people.
The reason it is challenging, is that there are numerous assisting and stabilizing muscles that come into play.
These muscles are not often engaged when performing the same movements repeatedly.
By putting a movement into motion, the body works as a coordinated unit - not just a random collection of body parts.
Ready for some variety?
Identify a strong movement - push, pull, hinge, or squat - and find a fun and unique way to bring it into motion.
