But it needs to be fulfilling.
Exercise for exercise’s sake is awful - avoid it!
Take time to explore a variety of movement activities and identify the one’s that are most enjoyable.
Take a lesson.
Hire a coach.
Join a club.
Break out of the comfort zone and have fun!
